Every dollhouse is prepared individually. Here you will find key information about lead times, packaging, delivery and available payment methods.
DELIVERY IN POLAND

Delivery within Poland is free for all Happy Mouse products.
After payment is received.
The largest models can take up to approximately 3 weeks.
Orders are dispatched after payment is received.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Every dollhouse goes through a few careful stages
Lead time begins once payment is received and all configuration details have been confirmed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.
Payment and confirmation
We receive your order, review the configuration and begin fulfilment once payment is received.
Production or preparation
A ready-to-ship product is prepared for dispatch. A made-to-order dollhouse is created according to your chosen configuration.
Quality check and packing
We check that the set is complete, ensure all components fit correctly and protect delicate parts.
Dispatch
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
A large dollhouse needs special protection
Every product is protected individually, with particular attention paid to windows, railings, mouldings and other delicate details.
Larger models may be sent as pieces for self-assembly. This allows them to be packed and transported more safely. Detailed assembly information is available on the individual product page.
After deliveryBefore disposing of the packaging, check that the product and all components have arrived in good condition.
Shipping is calculated automatically
Once you enter your delivery country at checkout, the appropriate shipping rate will be calculated automatically. You will see the delivery cost before placing your order.

If the packaging or product is damaged, take photos of the parcel before opening it, its protective materials and the product itself. Keep the packaging and send us your order number.

Payment via online banking.
Fulfilment begins once payment is received.
Card payments will be available once the integration is complete.
Buy now, pay later will be added once the payment provider integration is complete.
We do not dispatch orders with cash on delivery.

Electronic payments are processed by an external payment provider. Happy Mouse does not store card details directly.
Invoice
Need an invoice?
When placing your order, provide the details needed to issue an invoice. We will generate it in Fakturownia and send it electronically to the email address provided with your order.
